About The Position

The PC Technical Support Technician provides hands‑on, on‑site technical support within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role supports production‑line computer systems, office hardware, network-connected devices, and industrial printers, ensuring stable operation and uptime for all plant technology.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to remain effective under pressure.
Capable of making timely, informed decisions.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with desktop support, break/fix troubleshooting, printer support, and Windows 10.

Nice To Haves

Basic network troubleshooting (routers, switches, WAPs).
Experience re-imaging and deploying computers.
Willingness to complete ladder safety training for elevated work.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and hardware support across production and office areas.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile RF devices, and peripherals.
Support computers, phones, printers, and industrial printing equipment.
Perform break/fix troubleshooting for end-user devices, servers, and network-connected systems.
Assist with implementing and maintaining network servers and Active Directory accounts.
Re-image and deploy computers as required.
Troubleshoot basic network issues involving routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Track and manage hardware inventory and e‑waste.
Maintain reliable Windows 11 system performance.
Reset wireless access points, including ladder-based work in elevated areas.
Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain production uptime.
