As a PC Support Specialist in our Seattle office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all. Here’s why we need you: In his role, you will provide hardware and software support to engineers, drafters, and administrative employees on a daily basis. Within this position, you will provide support to end users in a Microsoft Windows desktop environment, Autodesk products, and Microsoft System Center. Expertise of our most successful PC Support Specialist : A ssociates degree in computer related field. Knowledge of Microsoft products, hardware and software installation necessary. Effective skills to help you flourish: Knowledge of laptops, desktops and mobile devices desirable. Experience in managing the phone system a plus Strong spoken and written communications skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes. Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks. Effective working individually and within team environments. Requirements

Associates degree in computer related field
