About The Position

The PC Refresh Technician role at TEKsystems involves assisting with a significant hardware lifecycle refresh, deploying 1,500 new devices to employees. The technician will be responsible for data migration, hardware deployment, and providing remote support, ensuring a smooth transition to new devices provisioned with Windows 11.

Requirements

• Proven experience with hardware refresh projects.
• Proficiency in using MFA for device login.
• Strong network troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with remote support tools, specifically Bomgar.

Nice To Haves

• Experience deploying 1,500 Dell devices to employees remotely and across three different sites.
• Proficiency with devices provisioned and enrolled in Intune.
• Ability to connect users to the VPN during migration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data migration and deployment of new hardware.
• Utilize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to log users into their new devices.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues during data migration.
• Provide remote support using Bomgar.
