About The Position
We are seeking technicians with 1+ year of PC Refresh experience or with IT certifications. Resources will perform PC Refresh on a daily basis, following a script (No imaging) - we are not looking for imaging techs. Resources must have experience backing up end user data via OneDrive and installing end user profiles (Data, browser/Outlook) on their new machine. The role requires roaming around the Washington DC metro for PC Refreshes, with an expectation of refreshing 5 machines a day and 25 machines per week. The position is for a Windows 10 PC Refresh Technician, and candidates must have documented experience performing PC Refresh activities. Additionally, candidates must be or willing to get fully vaccinated per client requirements. The customer expects 25 machines per week - this is mandatory with no exceptions. This is a refresh/deployment project for upgrading, replacing, and configuring PC devices, including data migration and backups, user account creation, and Windows settings configuration for PCs, alongside iOS device management. Experience using migration tools such as Microsoft User State Migration Tool (USMT) for PC data migration/refresh activities is required. Resources will be using the ServiceNow ticketing system for documenting migration/refresh activities on a daily basis.
