About The Position
The PC Network Technician is responsible for configuring, installing, maintaining, and providing support for Windows-based personal computers, two-way radios, pagers, VoIP phones, mobile devices, and other network hardware and software deployed within all County offices. This role involves assisting, training, and providing technical support to computer users and department employees as required.
