Provides technical support for casino, resort and business computer systems Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time) Provides technical support for computer hardware and software by answering incoming help desk phone calls, providing personal service to computer users, installing PC hardware and software, configuring PC workstations and troubleshooting system failures. Ensures database uptime and helps maintain disaster recovery strategy by monitoring daily backups and casino-related computer systems, changing daily tapes and noting appropriate log entries. Assists IT Operations Manager by administering production services and completing special projects as assigned.
