As the PC/LAN Technician, you will provide county customers with excellent customer service experiences, reliable communication, accurate issue assessment and lasting resolutions that support the customers' business processes. You will be responsible for proactive end-user focused technical support of workstations, laptops, printers, virtual desktops, and other supported peripheral devices. Act as a subject matter expert for end-user computing experiences and provide comprehensive support for component systems and services.
