About The Position
The position provides technical support for casino, resort, and business computer systems. The role involves answering help desk phone calls, providing personal service to computer users, installing PC hardware and software, configuring PC workstations, and troubleshooting system failures. Additionally, the position ensures database uptime and helps maintain disaster recovery strategy by monitoring daily backups and casino-related computer systems. The individual will assist the IT Operations Manager by administering production services and completing special projects as assigned.
