Our plant located in Sterling Heights, MI is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven PC&L Supervisor to join our team! The PC&L Supervisor oversees internal material logistics, manages warehouse flow and customer delivery to minimize disruption. This role is key in developing team performance by driving discipline, ensuring timecard accuracy, enforcing shift communication, and promoting continuous improvement through 5S standards, warehouse projects, and department-wide cross-training.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Supply Chain Management
• JIT environment experience
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Proficient level of English
• Strong analytical, organizational and administrative skills
• Inbound / Outbound logistics
• Tact, excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Familiar with 5s standards
• Strong teamwork sense

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP, blue zone and Stellantis portal preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure on-time internal customer delivery, managing process, sequencing, and requests (Liaison, RMA). Oversee dock unloading and return packaging. Track and communicate all shipment discrepancies/failures.
• Conduct shift-long risk assessments and enforce all relevant HSE requirements (including PPE). Uphold company ethical standards/policies.
• Ensure continuous production line supply and stocking area cleanliness. Escalate minimum/maximum stock levels. Drive compliance with logistics basics (traceability, labeling, booking, etc.) and the 7 Delivery/Inventory Basics.
• Manage absenteeism. Train and coach logistics operators on material movement, equipment care, and PFEP adherence. Enforce standard work instructions compliance via training/audits.
• Conduct daily TOP5 meetings, shift hand-off walks, and regular control walks to validate team compliance to standards.
