About The Position
The Patient Connection Associate will serve as front-line support for the Patient Connection Center within Piedmont Healthcare. This role involves answering incoming calls and providing First Call Resolution to address the appropriate course of action for patients. The associate will be responsible for pre-registering and scheduling basic patient encounters while adhering to excellent customer service standards.
