PBX Operator Full Time $15.00/Hour 3:00 pm-11:00 pm, Weekends and Holidays are Required. Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts Job Summary: The PBX operators deal with incoming calls, transfer callers to other individuals within an organization, and pass on messages. This involves routing calls, carrying out administrative duties, and sharing information.

Requirements

Must have strong hospitality and communication skills to interact with guests professionally
Must understand and follow verbal/written instructions, work on multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate verbally and in writing
Good computer skills and detail-oriented
Ability to stand for long periods
Good communication skills with other staff and colleagues
Perform various projects requested by supervisors/managers
Ability to follow instructions
Detail-oriented
Phone etiquette
Be Work independently, with little supervision
Be able to work independently

Responsibilities
