About The Position
The PBX Switchboard Operator at CVRMC is responsible for managing the hospital's telephone switchboard, ensuring courteous and efficient communication with callers and visitors. This role requires a dependable individual who can multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism and mental alertness at all times. The operator will determine the nature of assistance required and direct calls to the appropriate departments, as well as provide general information to callers.
