About The Position
SUMMARY: Answer incoming and outgoing calls timely and accurately. Respond and announce appropriate emergency procedure codes, alarms and STAT calls. Overhead announcements are processed timely and accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year PBX or clerical experience
- Demonstrated communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain calm and problem-solve during a variety of situations
