About The Position

Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Access, answers all incoming calls to the Medical Center. Transfers appropriately and assists others in making outgoing calls, Monitors and reports switchboard malfunctions and performs clerical functions and does related work as required. Requirements

  • 6 months Customer service experience.
