Job Summary Position responsible for ensuring adequate communication between parties and hospital personnel, for operating telephone switchboard and dispatching calls. Campus: Greater Heights Status: Part Time/ Saturday & Sunday 6a-6p Job Description Minimum Qualifications Education: (None) Licenses/Certifications: (None) Experience / Knowledge / Skills: One (1) year customer service experience. Ability to operate telephone switchboard; basic computer skills required. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with the public, physicians, ancillary departments and other staff members. Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task while working in a complex and stressful environment.
