About The Position

Join a winning team that now offers Day One Benefits and Daily Pay As a PBX operator your responsibilities include: Provide efficient and positive communication to all incoming calls by providing timely attention to guest or owners while addressing needs and requests. Coordinate guests and owners requests and concerns to departments to ensure completion and follow-up for guest happiness. Deliver professional hospitality and information to all guests, owners, and team members. Commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is encouraged behavior to be displayed at all times. Balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize duties based on importance with ease. Assists in maintaining communication equipment such as voicemail, faxes, copies for guests and mail delivery. Maintains any pertinent departmental log sheets, checklists and/or reports. Assist with other departments as needed and carries out other reasonable requests by management. Requirements

  • Related work experience
  • Proficiency reading, writing and speaking in English
  • Projects a cheerful and friendly tone of voice using detailed enunciation and transparency in speaking
  • Understands switchboard procedures and demonstrates ability to operate system with minimal complaints
  • Demonstrates perfection in service quality standards that affect guest happiness, responding to guests in a timely and professional manner
  • A professional attitude that prevails when handling upset guests and difficult situations
  • Able to work a flexible work schedule including night, weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Prior high-volume switchboard experience
  • Previous experience working in the hospitality industry
