Raleigh General Hospital is seeking a PBX Operator to operate the switchboard and paging system under the guidelines established by the department. This role is essential for processing all calls generated through the switchboard, paging physicians and employees, and acting as the receptionist at the switchboard. The PBX Operator will also maintain a list of telephone numbers for on-call personnel as well as their hospital extensions.
