Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Previous PBX experience preferred.
• Previous experience in office or receptionist roles.
• Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs to meet required timelines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering the switchboard and pages overhead.
• Greeting and directing people to the appropriate departments.
• Monitoring the Hospital alarms and being aware of the policy and procedures of all hospital emergency codes.
• Communicating effectively with the population served.
