About The Position

The Front Office Host/PBX Agent at Hyatt Regency Houston-Downtown is responsible for managing incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to guests. This role involves handling a high volume of calls, assisting with guest inquiries, and supporting the Front Office operations. The position is crucial for creating a positive guest experience and requires strong communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.

Requirements
