About The Position

Cape Cod’s only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused PBX Agent to serve as a vital communication hub for the resort. This role requires impeccable telephone etiquette, clear communication, and the ability to handle guest requests with efficiency and warmth.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience strongly preferred.
  • Luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct all incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize approved verbiage and tone consistent with Forbes Five-Star and resort standards.
  • Accurately process and document guest requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort amenities, outlets, hours of operation, and services.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Handle reservation inquiries graciously and efficiently, directing calls appropriately.
  • Maintain detailed logs of special guest requests and service recovery efforts.
  • Remain calm, courteous, and attentive during high-volume call periods.
