The position involves direct communication with property departments and assisting with information calls. The employee will be responsible for paging and radioing other departments and guests in the casino, providing accurate information on events and promotions, and having extensive knowledge of restaurant and Bingo hours of operation and prices. Responsibilities also include making restaurant reservations, logging and providing wake-up call services, and having a good understanding of all departments to inform and direct guests flawlessly. This role serves as the key communication area in the event of an emergency for both employees and guests.
