About The Position
The RFP & Repricing Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), questionnaires, and pricing analyses for DisclosedRx. This role ensures timely, accurate, and competitive proposal submissions by partnering with internal subject matter experts across Clinical, Operations, Finance, IT, and Analytics. The Specialist owns content development, coordinates project timelines, analyzes pricing data, and maintains a comprehensive RFP response library. This position plays a critical role in supporting business growth and representing DisclosedRx's capabilities with precision and professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of proposal writing, RFP management, or related experience-PBM or healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of PBM terminology, processes, pricing structures, and clinical program components.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (pivot tables, v- lookups, formulas, data formatting).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear messaging.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional SME teams and managing large volumes of complex information.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a PBM, health plan, TPA, or healthcare proposal
- Familiarity with PBM pricing components, rebate structures, and network
- Experience with proposal management tools such as Loopio, RFPIO, AutoRFP, or
- Strong analytical background with the ability to produce professional data
Responsibilities
- Manages the end-to-end RFP and RFI process from intake through submission, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time
- Writes, edits, and tailors proposal responses to reflect DisclosedRx capabilities, value proposition, and client-specific requirements.
- Coordinates cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Analytics, and IT subject matter experts.
- Maintains, organizes, and updates the RFP content library, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
- Drives project timelines, review cycles, and deliverable schedules to support rapid turnaround and streamline internal workflows.
- Analyzes pricing tables, guarantees, and financial requirements using advanced Excel skills, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Validates data, identifies trends, and produces presentations, pivot tables, and visual summaries for internal and client use.
- Supports pricing and analytics teams during repricing activities, including data validation, model updates, and client-specific analyses.
- Implements standardized templates, quality control processes, and formatting guidelines to elevate proposal
- Tracks RFP volume, win/loss data, and performance metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
