About The Position

Our team is currently seeking an intern in the Payroll Services department. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from experienced payroll professionals. This internship is a part of our 10-week program robust Corporate Intern Program. The position is hybrid and requires three days working from Compass Group’s Headquarters Office located in Charlotte, North Carolina and two days working remotely.

Requirements

• Pursuing an advanced degree in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or similar
• Capability to take direction and communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team members
• Self-driven, proactive problem solver with great attention to detail
• Proficiency regarding time and meeting deadlines
• Can do attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
