About The Position

The Payroll Testing Lead will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategy, planning and executing the testing plan, deploying and managing test teams for implementation activity for all company Ventures and Acquisitions (V&A) projects. They oversee and maintain the detailed test plan that outlines the test objectives, scope, schedule, deliverables, environment management, and resource allocation for payroll implementation projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' Testing Technical experience - preferably in a large multi-business company Payroll, Finance, Tax, Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years payroll processing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' Payroll Data experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' Payroll processing experience.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end Payroll process, calculation, and services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to define the scope of testing with each project, leading test team, analyzing test results and presenting test dashboards to Program Manager and Senior Manager.
• Creating and executing test plans and ensuring all application functionality is fully tested.
• Motivating and providing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to testers.
