Akima, LLC has employees in all 50 states and many international locations. The payroll tax/accounting manager is primarily in charge of the company's adherence to all payroll related local, state, federal and other applicable tax laws and procedures. The manager will supervise a team of 3 or more subordinates in the calculation and reporting of tax liabilities, responding to questions and special requests from employees and regulatory agencies, in researching laws and regulations regarding taxes and payroll withholding procedures.
