We are looking for a detail-oriented compliance expert to join our team as a Payroll Tax Analyst, where your precision will ensure our financial integrity. You’ll serve as the backbone of our payroll tax operations. You won't just be moving numbers, you’ll be the primary guardian of our tax integrity, a key liaison for government agencies, and a strategic partner in ensuring our people are supported and our company remains beyond reproach. Position Impact Be the Tax Architect: You will oversee all internal and external payroll tax activities, ensuring every filing and report is accurate, compliant, and submitted ahead of schedule. Master of Reconciliation: You’ll balance and reconcile periodic funding with our third-party providers, ensuring our financial ecosystem remains in perfect harmony. Strategic Problem Solver: When unusual transactions arise, you’ll be the first responder—identifying risks, escalating effectively, and coordinating resolutions with our vendors. Compliance Champion: You’ll stay on the pulse of changing tax laws across all states, providing the business with the guidance needed to navigate an evolving regulatory landscape. The Liaison: Manage and resolve all agency tax notices and tracers, acting as the professional face of the company to government entities and service providers. Year-End Hero: Partner directly with the Payroll Manager to lead a seamless year-end closing process and ensure W-2 season is a success.
