The Payroll Tax Analyst is responsible for the control and balance of all payroll tax filings, troubleshooting tax issues and inquiries, monitoring state unemployment rates, and providing support to all internal departments regarding payroll tax inquiries. In addition, the Analyst will process payroll, report and analyze payroll activity, reconcile any discrepancies and support year end processing. The Analyst will take part in system upgrades or changes related to payroll and recommend process improvements. An employee in this position can expect an annual starting rate between $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law.
