Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Experience supporting clients in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce or Bullhorn.
• Familiarity with payroll support tools such as ADP SmartCompliance, Wisely, ADP Run, and Autopay.
• Demonstrated good tenure in previous roles (1+ year).
