Payroll Support Representative I

The Payroll Support Representative I at ADP is responsible for providing support to Major Accounts Comprehensive Services Client users on various payroll applications. This role involves addressing inquiries from Client Payroll Administrators, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless Client experience by collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors. The representative will also be tasked with proactive communication with assigned Clients and will work closely with the Comprehensive Services Relationship Manager to deliver guidance and best practices.
