About The Position

The Payroll Operations Supervisor at Koch Global Services is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This role involves overseeing the payroll team, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional service to employees. The supervisor will manage North America Payroll and Garnishment, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of payroll data while optimizing payroll processes.

Requirements

  • 2 years of payroll processing experience in multiple provinces, including Canadian Payroll experience.
  • Experience in payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (SAP, Dayforce, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong economic, analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in establishing partnerships across teams and influencing management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
  • Oversee the payroll team and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies in payroll operations.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Utilize economic thinking to optimize payroll processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the payroll team.
  • Participate in ongoing projects and transitions of HR work.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partner, Talent Solutions, HRIT, and HR Compliance.
