This role supports the Payroll Supervisor in auditing and verifying timekeeping records, including hours worked, deductions, and withholdings, to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The Payroll Administrator collaborates with multiple departments and employees to maintain an efficient and seamless payroll process. Key responsibilities include providing information and responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, issuing paychecks and managing direct deposits, tracking hours worked to ensure accurate payment, and maintaining up-to-date employee records. The Payroll Administrator also ensures that any employee changes are entered accurately and processed in a timely manner.
