About The Position
SWBC is looking for a Payroll Supervisor to lead the payroll team while ensuring confidentiality and effective communication regarding employee payroll information. This role involves processing payroll for high-profile clients, assisting the Payroll Manager with HR functions, and implementing improvements in payroll procedures. The supervisor will also handle payroll projects and support the team in resolving payroll issues.
