About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience as payroll specialist or payroll manager.
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
  • Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and examine timesheets to guarantee they are complete.
  • Work collaboratively with the Human Resources department to process employee hiring, terminations, and updates in payroll.
  • Coordinate with the benefits department to manage benefits and deductions.
  • Process employee payroll timely and accurately.
