The Payroll Specialist compiles payroll data to maintain and complete payroll records for multiple states. This role involves verifying timecard data for compliance with federal and state agencies, entering data into computer files, computing wages and deductions, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll. The position requires tracking various payroll-related metrics, responding to emails professionally, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Initial training will be conducted onsite for 10-16 weeks, after which the position will transition to a hybrid work model with a minimum of 8 days per month required onsite.
