About The Position

ADP is hiring a Payroll Solutions Specialist to join their Human Resources Outsourcing department. This role involves providing support and guidance to Client Payroll Administrators regarding payroll and tax-related inquiries. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through accurate and comprehensive responses, while also maintaining ADP's service reputation. The position requires working in a metrics-driven environment, focusing on client communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a related field or military experience.
• High-level payroll knowledge, including skills for processing client payrolls.
• Basic knowledge of payroll tax principles and wage and hour laws.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide application and product navigation support.
• Assist clients with payroll processing and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Provide timely communication regarding tax changes and ensure accurate payroll and tax processing.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering consultative support and recommendations on product optimization.
• Resolve issues during quarter and year-end support in partnership with clients, determining necessary corrections.
• Work on complex projects including calculation updates, special reports, and tax amendments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to identify and resolve issues, ensuring client expectations are met.
