About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll processes with precision and confidentiality Process employee transactions and updates in coordination with internal teams Conduct I-9 and E-Verify checks to ensure compliance Maintain and update records including DOT medical certificates and emergency contacts Support HR and operational initiatives through special projects and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressure
• Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
