Job Summary: Acrisure is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support at least two client companies with multiple FEINs using Paycor HRIS. This role will start by supporting one client and scale to additional clients as the workload grows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in multi-client payroll processing.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of payroll processing experience; Paycor experience required.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with multi-state payroll compliance and tax regulations.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technology: Proficient in payroll software, Paycor, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and timely for assigned clients using Paycor.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional client support and respond to payroll inquiries.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients as the role expands.
