About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Key responsibilities include processing payroll and invoices, managing vendor payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. All external auditors, surveyors, and regulatory entities interface directly with this role.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process payrolls for all employees, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations
  • Maintaining up-to-date payroll records and employee data
  • Safeguarding sensitive employee and financial information
  • Collaborating with HR, finance, and management to support organizational needs
  • Review and validate timesheets, attendance records, and pay adjustments
  • Update payroll systems with changes to compensation, benefits, and deductions
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors (ADP) or tax agencies as needed
  • Work closely with HR, Finance manager, Accounting, and Benefits teams
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare and process payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers
  • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and balances
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

  • Handle sensitive employee and financial data with discretion and integrity
