About The Position

The Payroll & Timekeeping Specialist is responsible for managing time tracking and payroll administration for approximately 415 salaried and hourly employees across 24 locations, with continued growth expected. This role ensures employees are clocking in and out accurately, manages new hire setup in payroll systems, assists with invoicing, and supports general back-office functions. This individual will also travel to different sites to set up time tracking clocks as needed. Set up new hires in Paylocity and ensure accurate entry of employee information Maintain employee changes including pay rates, role changes, and location updates Coordinate payroll data submission in Paylocity (payroll taxes handled by Paylocity) Track and manage payroll-related data for salaried and non-salaried employees across multiple locations Monitor and ensure accurate employee clock-in and clock-out activity using Timerack Identify, research, and resolve timekeeping discrepancies before payroll processing Maintain time tracking and payroll records in alignment with company policies Assist with invoicing, utilizing established templates and processes Review invoices for accuracy; note that approximately 95% of invoices are standardized Support additional administrative and back-office tasks as needed

  • Willingness to travel to company sites as needed
