About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to ensure the accurate processing of payroll across various schedules, including weekly and bi-weekly cycles. This role involves resolving payroll discrepancies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and preparing and submitting payroll reports, including tax filings. The position also requires maintaining employee records and handling benefits administration.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software, including ADP.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with HR practices and labor laws.
• 3-5 years of experience in high volume payroll processing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Multi-State payroll processing is a plus.
• Experience in the Construction or Government Contracting industry is preferred.
