Assist in processing semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for employees. Review and verify timesheets and other payroll documents for accuracy and compliance. Review employee information in Costpoint and ADP, and compare it with data in the HRIS system. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues related to payroll. Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees Assist with payroll calculations and reviews. Maintain accurate payroll records and files. Review garnishments, deductions, and other payroll-related items. Assist with the setup of subcontractors in the Time & Expense (T&E) system. Ensure confidentiality and data security of all payroll information. Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
