About The Position

The Impact You Can Make Team Impact This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll. This position carries out the daily functions of payroll processing, tax filing and reconciliation. Appropriately responds to requests for information from employees and managers as needed. Ensures accuracy of data transmitted to appropriate external agencies. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience in payroll or related field; additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel)
  • Ability to organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical manner
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Able to maintain confidential information

Nice To Haves

  • Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws preferred

Responsibilities

  • Performs routine and timely maintenance of payroll and timekeeping database
  • Creates, analyzes and distributes reports related to payroll costing and workforce analytics
  • Coordinates interface of data from KRONOS, DFM and POS
  • Audits, resolves discrepancies, and adjusts data to ensure accurate processing
