The specialist will also review bank data for direct deposits, track leave pay, and reconcile various deductions for employees on unpaid leave. Communication is key, as the role requires responding to emails professionally and assisting with incoming calls and other administrative tasks. The position starts with an initial training period of 10-16 weeks on-site, after which it transitions to a hybrid model with some remote work allowed.
