Requirements

• Knowledge of payroll processing laws and regulations, including FMLA, LOA, Garnishment, ADA, etc.
• Proficient in payroll transaction processing and automated payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues quickly and efficiently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Well-organized with the ability to complete tasks on time and prioritize workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for a team of over 700 employees.
• Manage direct deposits, pay cards, and out-of-period check requests.
• Conduct compliance reviews of new hire paperwork, including Form I-9 verification.
• Handle payroll-related email inquiries and occasional calls.
• Ensure adherence to payroll processing laws and regulations, including FMLA, LOA, Garnishments, ADA, etc.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity in payroll transaction processing.
• Provide support for other HR-related tasks as needed.
