About The Position

The Payroll Specialist at Dunbar Security Solutions is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with payroll software, ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Experience with processing wage garnishments.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of payroll laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accurate and timely records of employee data.
• Prepare and process weekly payroll, including calculating wages and deductions.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and employment laws.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay and benefits.
• Process court ordered wage garnishments, including child support, student loans, and bankruptcy orders.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Perform other duties as required to support the payroll and benefit functions.
