The role requires reviewing and collecting timecards for accuracy, preparing and submitting certified payroll and prevailing wage reports, and managing tax payments and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Additionally, the individual will handle garnishments, child support, and other payroll deductions, administer collective bargaining agreements, and support compliance audits while maintaining accurate payroll records.
