Requirements
- General Payroll-related experience
- Strong organization skills
- Microsoft Office
- Prior HCM system navigational knowledge
Nice To Haves
- Workday knowledge preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with pre- and post-payroll auditing/reconciling procedures and troubleshoot anomalies.
- Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc payroll reports as required for partner teams.
- Process Daily Department Mail
- Assist with completing employment verifications
- Assist with collection and record keeping of overpayments
- Assist with Historical Correction data entry for time tracking
- Unemployment management
- Occupational Statistics reporting
- Assist with Monthly Tax & Garnishment Reconciliation and Assist with Payroll Accrual reporting
- Monitor and respond to inquiries sent to the shared Payroll inbox and partner ticketing management system
