About The Position
The Payroll Manager will oversee the daily operational functions of the District's Payroll department, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, district policies, and collective bargaining agreements. This role includes direct supervision of assigned staff, evaluation and improvement of department operations, and coordination of payroll processing for the District. The manager will foster a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and continuous improvement, actively participating in College-wide governance and promoting professional excellence among staff.
