About The Position

Cellebrite is searching for a Payroll & Expense Processing Analyst to support our business. A successful candidate will contribute to the organization by performing business expense reimbursement tasks and supporting payroll functions. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and will work closely with the Finance department. The individual in this role will serve as a fundamental pillar in area expense reimbursement ensuring all runs smoothly and efficiently. A successful candidate will be open to new challenges of the wide and forward-thinking business.

Requirements

• Experience in Expense Reimbursement and Payroll processing
• Knowledge of Expensify or SAP Concur platform
• Experience processing all aspects of expense payments and approvals
• Payroll processing experience
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Basic Accounting
• Ability to understand the need for confidentiality of personal information
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of focus on quality and accuracy
• Ready to make considerable efforts
• Excellent personal and working relations
• Thrives in collaborative, ever-changing environment
• Independent and self-learner
• Proven ability of teamwork

Responsibilities

• Administration of Expensify platform including addition/removal and proper department assignment of employees
• Proper and timely reimbursement of expenses based on company’s internal policies
• Assist Finance Department with month end accrual determination
• Communication with employees to address and correct submittals. Assistance with error correction.
• Support payroll manager with payroll processing including recording in company’s ERP.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary state and federal requirements in area of payroll
