Role Overview The Prime Associate Member role is an entry-level consulting position designed for recent graduates who want to build a long-term career in enterprise technology and payroll consulting. In this role, you will be trained to support SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SuccessFactors Payroll (SF Pay) implementations and ongoing client engagements. This is not a software development role. Instead, you will learn how to: Analyze payroll business processes Configure enterprise payroll systems Support testing and issue resolution Communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders You will work alongside experienced consultants and participate in a structured learning and certification path.

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration (Computer Information Systems preferred) Management Information Systems (MIS) Business Analytics Accounting Information Systems Finance or Accounting with strong systems exposure Related business-technology disciplines

Nice To Haves

  • Internship experience in business analysis, HRIS, finance, accounting, or consulting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Exposure to ERP systems through coursework
  • Experience presenting or leading group projects
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Participate in SAP Payroll implementation and support projects
  • Assist with system configuration based on defined business requirements
  • Support payroll data validation, testing cycles, and troubleshooting
  • Document requirements, configurations, and process flows
  • Help prepare materials for client workshops and meetings
  • Translate system behavior into clear, business-friendly explanations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global delivery teams
  • Participate in structured internal training programs and mentorship initiatives
  • Complete training and work toward achieving the following SAP certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Certification SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (SF Pay) Certification
